The best of the wine
was saved for last. Make yourself ready to drink of the vine anew when the Lord
comes again.
How does the Lord
feel about us when we discuss and do outside things within the walls of the
temple? Do we understand that He will thoroughly cleanse His temples and us?
Prepare yourself and be clean.
Jesus will teach us one by one though the Spirit, even as He did Nicodemus.
Jesus loves the
Samaritan woman that was at the well, and He loves me. His invitation is to
all. Can I give Him a little cup of water? How much more will He give me in
return?

Jesus turns water
into wine in Cana—He attends the Passover, cleanses the temple, foretells His
death and resurrection, and performs miracles.
John 2:1–11 Jesus changed water to wine.
Vs 11 Do I
also believe in Jesus because of all His miracles? He forgives, blesses, and
heals us. The Spirit testifies of Him. I want to always believe. We need to
remember how we have felt when we've seen and experienced miracles, including
His saving grace.
vs 9 Jesus prophesied of His death and resurrection.
vs 16 Always
reverence the Lord's house.

Jesus
tells Nicodemus that men must be born again—God so loved the world that He sent
His Only Begotten Son to save men—John the Baptist testifies that he that
believes on the Son has everlasting life.
John 3:1–21 How was Nicodemus inspired to follow Jesus and be born again?
Vs 3, 5 We all must be
baptized in order to enter God's kingdom.
Vs 14-17 Jesus would be
lift up to die on the cross. If we believe in Him, we can have eternal life.
That is why God sent Him, so that through our discipleship, through following
Jesus, we may return to Him.
Vs 19-21 Jesus is the
Light of the World. We will be blessed by following Him.
Jesus also baptized.
Vs 26-36 John the Baptist testified of Jesus's authority, divinity, and purpose.

Jesus teaches a woman of Samaria—All must worship
the Father in spirit and truth—Those who harvest souls gain eternal life—Many
Samaritans believe—Jesus heals a nobleman’s son.
Vs 2 Here, John the Beloved,
tells us that Jesus was not performing the baptisms Himself; but, His disciples
were.
Vs 9-10 Jesus is both the Bread of Life and the Living
Water. His nourishment for us is unto life eternal. No matter what we do, we
cannot fortify ourselves enough to gain eternal life; but, He can lead us to it
and give it to us as a gift from our Father; if we believe on Him and follow
the doctrine, teachings, and commandments of Christ (which He has gotten from
His Father). It is because of God's gift in sending His Son and the Atonement
of Jesus Christ that all this is possible.
Vs 13-15 How can I drink
of the water that Jesus gives? When we hear there is a way to never thirst
again, are we like this woman? Do we want to take upon ourselves the name of
Jesus Christ, follow Him, and do His works, so that we will never thirst again?
Vs 21-24 Do we worship God in Spirit and in truth? All things are spiritual
with God.
Do we feel to proclaim, "I'll go where you want me to go,
I'll say what you want me to say, I'll be what you want me to be"?
Vs 25-26 This woman believed in the prophesies that
Messiah would come to teach the people all things. Jesus told her that He was
the Messiah sent from God. How she must have rejoiced!
Vs 29 The woman called to
the men of the city to come and see for themselves that Jesus, the Christ, was
there among them.
They also came to see Him.
What should we do when we find Jesus?
Vs 31-34 How have you been
fed when you do your Father's work?
Vs 35-38 And what is that
meat? What is the work the Father has given us to do? Preach the gospel in word
and in deed and invite all to come unto Christ.
Vs 39 How does it make you
feel to know that Jesus knows you thoroughly and yet loves you and wants you on
His team?
Vs 40-42 Many came to Jesus because of the woman's belief; but then they
saw and heard Jesus themselves, and they new that He is the Christ.
Cultivate a believing heart, so that you can invite others into
Faith in Jesus Christ.
Vs 45 Those in Galilee saw or knew of Jesus turning the
water into wine, so they received Him. You know of His miracles in your life.
Do you receive Him too. Do you allow Him to perform healing miracles for you?
Or do you choose to be miserable?
VS 49-54 The nobleman's son was healed according to his
faith in the Lord, and the word of the Lord.
